Growing up, whenever I faced a challenge, I’d meet my dad in the shop to talk it through. By the end of our "shop talk," I always had the space to share the raw details, get the clear next step, and have someone in my corner to keep me accountable.
ShopTalk was inspired by my dad. As business owners, working in operations, doing the work, and leading our teams, we can feel alone. ShopTalk provides a comfortable space to “talk shop” with others that know what we’re going through, speak the same language and respect the grit and hard work it has taken to get this far in business.
This isn’t the place for high strategy or theory, but a conversation around real problems sharing real lived business experiences of what has and hasn’t worked in growing the operations of a business.

What To Expect: A small intimate gathering of smart business owners ready to talk “shop”. This is a casual and candid roundtable event with an opportunity for everyone to share operational challenges, gain fresh prospective and hear firsthand from others how they have tackled similar issues.
This isn’t just another networking event—it’s a space to get real about what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to happen next. Expect meaningful conversations, practical takeaways, and a supportive community.

When is ShopTalk: We host ShopTalk every other Thursday evening in Tempe, AZ. The date of the event that you will be able to join will be based on your company information and where you see the most value for you. We curate a small group with similarities so that you get the best peer insights, have an engaging conversation and can get real in what you need most.
